The Muncie Center for the Arts, Inc.,
established in 1999, is devoted to providing
diverse programs to the citizens of Delaware
County involving all phases of art and arts
education.
The Arts in a child's life are doorways for enrichment,
responsibility, and discipline. 401(k)ids will enhance a child's future
through the arts in Delaware County. The program provides scholarship
opportunities to pay for lessons or classes for 4th-12th grade children in
the fields of Dance, Theatre, Music, and Visual Arts.
This program can explore the wonderful world of the arts in the After
School Program. MCA offers classes for students in grades k-8 and in the
areas of Dance, Theatre, Music, and Visual Arts.
Do you have an old instrument in your attic or basement that is not
getting much playing time? Donate it to the Muncie Music Center.
They will refurbish the instrument and MCA will put the instrument in the
hands of a young musician.
The mission of VSAarts of Indiana is to educate through quality arts
experiences, advocate for children with disabilities, and provide
access to the arts for all individuals.
VSA develops creative art programs
and resource materials that enhance learning and life skills through
multi-sensory teaching/learning. MCA is home to a VSA regional office.
